Women?s Soccer (CCAA ranking: No. 8 ) ??Just four games remaining for the Heat, all of them at home. The two games this weekend will have UBC Okanagan jockeying for one of the four playoff spots when they matchup with the team just above and just below the third place Heat. UBC Okanagan with a record of 4W-1L-5T will play the second place Langara Falcons (6W-3L-1T) on Saturday (1 p.m.) and with a win the Heat will move into second place in the PACWEST. In their previous meeting this season in Vancouver the Falcons and the Heat played to a 2-2 draw.
Sunday at 12 p.m. the third place Quest University Kermodes (4W-4L-2T) will challenge the Heat on the Nonis Sports Field. The Kermodes will be fighting for a playoff spot and will look to avenge their 3-0 loss to UBC Okanagan in Squamish on Sep 16.
