Hi there! I?m Roger Brown, a certified fitness professional and owner of Train Like a Pro, a health and fitness facility located in Washington, D.C. I played three seasons in the NFL including a season with the New York Giants?the year they won the Super Bowl! But fast forward to now and I?m living in Maryland with my family and running my gym.
